CPR35 EXPERT WITNESS REPORTS FOR HOUSING DISREPAIR / HOUSING CONDITION
We are a firm of Chartered Surveyors whom have extensive experience in providing expert evidence in Civil Litigation, particularly relating to Housing Disrepair and Housing Condition disputes. All our Experts are Members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and of the Expert Witness Institute (EWI).
With the Introduction of Fitness for Human Habitation Act 2018 (FFHH) applying to all leases from March 2020, landlords have never had broader responsibilities in terms of maintenance of their properties. As an organisation, we have provided almost 5000 CPR 35 (Part 35 of the Civil Procedure Rules) Compliant Expert Witness Reports to date covering Landlord & Tenants Act 1985 Section 9a, 9b, 10 & 11 (LTA 1985 S9a, S9b, S10 & S11), Homes (Fitness for Human Habitation) Act 2018 (FFHH) and the Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS). So whomever the instructing party, you can be certain of our track record and vast experience in the sector.
As an organisation, we are lead by a chartered surveyor and Fellow of the RICS in Jamie Paterson who is responsible for all Quality Assurance as the RICS Registered Practice Principal.
